Hear From Our
Volunteers

Real words from the people who make our work possible every day.

"Volunteering with 360 Girls Foundation opened my eyes to how much difference a single person can make. The girls I worked with in Madina had so much potential : they just needed someone to believe in them."

"I joined remotely from the UK to help with social media and communications. The team was incredibly welcoming and organised. Knowing my work is helping girls get sanitary kits and stay in school is priceless."

"As a nurse, I delivered reproductive health talks at two community programmes. The girls asked such thoughtful questions : it was clear this information was reaching them for the first time. Truly humbling work."

Not at all. We welcome volunteers at all levels : from students to seasoned professionals. What matters most is your passion for girls' empowerment. We provide orientation and support for every role.

Yes. After completing a meaningful period of volunteering, we issue an official reference letter and volunteer certificate from 360 Girls Foundation, which you can use for CVs, university applications, and professional profiles.

It depends on the role. Some positions like event support are occasional. Others like Health Educator or Education Facilitator may need 1–2 days per week. We are flexible and will always discuss commitment levels with you before onboarding.

Volunteers should generally be 18 or older. We do accept younger volunteers (16+) for certain remote or administrative roles with parental/guardian consent. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

For in-person field volunteers, reasonable transport expenses within Ghana may be covered for certain activities. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Remote volunteers have no costs associated with their roles.
